P4AZ Platform for A → ZDirect business with verifiable counterparties.
P4AZ-TRADE provides tools for purchasing without an online shop or marketplace. It performs basic checks of counterparties, signed contacts, payment addresses and bank accounts using government-backed signatures available in each country.
These checks reduce risk but do not guarantee that a transaction is correct. Independently confirm payment data before paying.

01 Seller → public catalogue
Publish a product catalogue for AI agents
The seller prepares a catalogue from an ERP export, reviews it and publishes static files on its own HTTPS host. Buyers and their AI agents can discover products and prepare enquiries.

02 Seller → public signed documents
Prepare and publish signed authentication files
The seller prepares identity, contact, bank-account and stablecoin-address declarations, signs them using an external signing tool and publishes the public files on its own domain.

03 Buyer → seller · email
Prepare and send a request for quotation
The buyer uses the catalogue and signed seller documents to prepare an RFQ, reviews it in Trade Connect and sends the email with PDF and JSON attachments using an email client.

Negotiate the commercial terms
Both parties agree the scope, quantities, delivery, taxes and final payable amount by email, telephone or another agreed channel. Negotiations take place outside P4AZ.

Send the agreed offer with a payment link
After agreement, the seller creates a payment-data verification link in Supplier and sends it together with the official offer, proforma or advance invoice. The amount and reference must match the agreed document.

06 Buyer · signature checks
Verify the seller and payment data
The buyer opens the link in Pay, checks the public signed identity and payment-destination documents, and compares the recipient, full account or address, amount and reference with the agreed offer.

07 Buyer → seller · payment outside P4AZ
Confirm independently, then pay
The buyer independently confirms the payment data, for example by telephone using a previously known number, and pays through a bank or another payment provider outside P4AZ.
